Privacy notice

We fetch public pages of the URL you submit — the same pages any shopper or crawler can already request. We never sign in, and we make no changes to the store.

We store the resulting report, the store URL, and the list of URLs we requested. Reports are cached for 24 hours per store, so scanning the same store again shortly afterwards returns the existing report.

Starting a scan requires an email address. See below for what we do with it.

Every report has a shareable link. Treat that link as public: anyone who has it can read the report. Everything in it was already publicly readable on the storefront.

Starting a scan requires an email address. We store it with the report it was run against, the store URL, the time, your IP address and your browser user-agent string.

We use it to send you your report, and so that scans are attributable — each one makes real requests to somebody else’s storefront, and we will not run those anonymously.

The IP address and timestamp are kept specifically so we can show what was agreed to and when. That is the only reason we retain them.

Starting a scan sets a cookie so the report stays unlocked when you come back. It is signed, contains only report identifiers, and is not used for tracking or advertising.

Your address, the store you scanned and your report link are copied into a private Google Sheet that our business development team works from, and a notification is emailed to that team. Google acts as our processor for that sheet and mailbox.

That is the whole list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no enrichment services.

Marketing email is separate from your report. The box is ticked by default and you can untick it before starting the scan; your scan and your report work exactly the same either way. The wording is stored alongside your consent, together with the fact that it arrived ticked: "Send me the results and occasional guidance on making stores readable to AI agents. Unsubscribe any time."

You can withdraw consent at any time. We keep a suppression list, and it takes precedence over any later scan, so an unsubscribe is never quietly undone.

No third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording. The only cookie we set is the signed unlock cookie described above.

We do not sell or share your email address.

Reports are retained so their links keep working. Ask us and we will delete a specific report.

Lead records are retained while they are needed for the purpose above, and the suppression list is retained indefinitely — that is what makes an unsubscribe stick.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Our crawler identifies itself and links to https://ai-readiness.pthreemediatools.com/bot. Scans are initiated by a person entering your URL; we make at most a few dozen public requests, spaced out, and stop entirely if your store starts refusing us.

If you would rather we did not scan your store at all, use the opt-out form at /opt-out. It takes effect immediately, and we keep your name, address and IP with the request only so we can confirm where it came from and reverse it if it was made in error.

Reports we have already produced stay reachable by their existing links. Ask us and we will delete a specific one.
